Care:
After a few months of regular use your F & Co. piece will start to soften and darken in color. Condition every 6-12 months with a natural leather protectant such as Obenauf's Heavy Duty LP to keep the leather well hydrated. Clean with saddle soap when needed.

When can I expect my item to arrive after purchase?:
Since each item is hand made and made to order it can take upwards of 4 to 6 weeks to ship. If timing is an issue please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. All International orders are a flat shipping fee of $45.00 US dollars.

Repairs:
If for some reason your Farrell & Co. piece needs repair, we will repair your item at no charge. We do not replace stained leather or fix leather that has been cut, ripped by accident, or damaged out in the world. We ask that customers pay for shipping both ways. Please allow 2-4 weeks for any repair.

Product Disclaimer:
Leather is a natural material from wild animals and is therefore subject to change from hide to hide. Changes in the color or texture of the leather and signs of wear are normal. While we handle our product with the utmost care, small dents, dings, scratches, or blemishes may be found within the product. Irregularities in the consistency of the color in each bag should not be considered a fault but inherent of the natural qualities of the material.

Returns and exchanges 
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us provided the item is in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange.  This does not apply to items that are custom made, in which case all sales are final.  Packing slips are required for returns. We are not responsible for missing packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned is in less than original condition per our discretion. Please allow two weeks for credit to be received following our receipt of goods.  Return postage is to be paid for by the customer, and we recommend that the product is returned via a traceable carrier.
